Inquiry information
The inquiry builder prepares your name, company, email, destination, model selection, quantity and message in your browser. When you choose secure sending, these details are sent to our server and delivered to our sales inbox through QQ Mail. You can instead choose your own email app or WhatsApp. Preparing a message alone does not send your inquiry.
How we use your inquiry
We use inquiry information to respond, discuss product and order requirements, and continue business correspondence that you request. We do not sell your inquiry information. Correspondence is kept for as long as reasonably needed for those purposes and applicable business or legal obligations.
Browser storage
The website stores selected models, quantities, comparisons and your color theme on this device. Inquiry contact details and message drafts are also saved locally. Drafts expire 7 days after the last edit and are removed when the inquiry page next opens. Clear draft removes the contact details and message while keeping selected models and quantities. A confirmed secure submission clears the saved draft. Opening your email app does not confirm delivery or clear it. Clear this site’s browser data to remove all saved information.
Cookies and analytics
We do not configure optional advertising or analytics tags in this version. Fonts and images are served with the website. Coze hosts the site and may inject operational and page-view measurement scripts and process IP addresses, browser information, page requests and logs under its platform policies.
Security and delivery
Cloudflare Turnstile checks direct inquiry submissions and may process technical browser and network information. The server validates its token before sending email. Temporary rate-limit and duplicate-delivery records protect the form. QQ Mail transports inquiry emails. These providers may process information outside your country.
External services
When you choose your own email app or WhatsApp, those services handle information under their own terms and may process it outside your country. Optional contact channels do not replace the security checks on the direct email form.
Your choices
You can browse without providing contact details, clear saved selections, and contact the team to request access, correction or deletion of information you have sent, subject to applicable requirements. If the website’s data handling changes, this notice will be updated.
